Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or 3 years of experience.
• Experience in TCP/IP network administration and hands-on with network switches, routers and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and oral English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment and connect peripherals; install/delete client level software.
• Configure client software and perform basic configuration management.
• Provide and manage software applications and servers for eTools and MWS usage.
• Perform initial client device configuration, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Manage passwords and user privileges.
• Verify eTools connectivity with WLAN networks.
