Job summary

Leidos seeks a Systems Network Administrator (TS/SCI w/ Poly) to join the National Security Sector’s Cyber & Analytics Business Area. You will implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems across client/server, storage, and network environments, with hands-on support at headquarters and across the enterprise.

Configure Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems, manage VPN and PKI tasks, and provide Tier 1 and 2 support while documenting SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator (or similar role).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Experience can be used in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required).
• CompTIA Security+ (current).
• Certifications listed as accepted: CompTIA Security+, MTA-IT, MCSA, MCITP.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage and monitor client/server, storage, and network environments.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (escalation) support.
• Troubleshoot system issues and apply patches, updates, and configuration changes.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, VPN access, and PKI-related tasks.
• Configure and maintain Windows, Linux, and UNIX systems.
• Support virtualized and storage environments.
• Document processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Contribute to reports and technical deliverables.
• Use ticketing systems and internal tools to track and resolve issues.

What You’ll Do

• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator (or similar role)
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field. Experience can be used in lieu of degree
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)
• CompTIA Security+ (current)

• CompTIA Security+
• Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA-IT Infrastructure)
• MCSA – Desktop (Windows 7 or Windows 8)

Pay Range:

$59,150.00 - $106,925.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
