Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation's client, via XIT Staffing, seeks a Systems & Network Administrator to manage IT infrastructure, ensure reliable network performance, system availability, and security in Boulder, CO. You will install, configure, monitor, and support network and server hardware, VPNs, routers, and firewalls, and maintain virtualization platforms.

Candidates should have experience with HC3 virtualization, Windows and/or Linux administration, and strong problem‑solving and communication

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical systems.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Troubleshoot network, server, and connectivity issues.
• Manage backups, system updates, and security patches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and firewall administration.
• Experience with Scale Computing HyperCore (HC3) virtualization platform.
• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure or AWS) is a plus.
