Qualifications

• ALA-accredited MLS or MLIS or terminal degree.
• Three years of experience managing and administering integrated library systems in an academic setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and continuous improvement of library technology systems.
• Develop and advance research data services to support scholarly outputs.
• Promote institutional repositories and increase visibility of scholarship.
• Collaborate with vendors to manage electronic resources for the library's digital collections.
• Conduct assessments of electronic resource collections and user needs.
• Maintain the library website and digital platforms (LibGuides, Libby, Kanopy).
• Collaborate with library staff to ensure metadata accuracy and discoverability.
• Analyze usage metrics to inform collections planning and digital transformation.
• Oversee Ask-a-Librarian services and service request tracking systems.
• Engage with partners to ensure equitable access to resources.
• Support digital scholarship and scholarly communication initiatives.
• Represent the library in university and professional associations.
