Nightwing Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Systems Integrator Expert in the Sterling, VA area to provide administrative and operational support to a mission center. The role requires deep knowledge of Customer field environments and will help manage daily activities to support field locations.

Applicants must hold a TS/SCI clearance with Poly on day one, with 12+ years of experience and a Bachelors in a technical field or communications. Up to 10% CONUS travel; OCONUS TDY not required.

• Senior Staff Communications Officer experience required.

The right candidate will provide administrative and operational support to a mission center. This position requires deep knowledge and experience with the Customer field environment. Individual will be assisting in the management and facilitation of daily activities and actions required to support Customer field locations/sites.Required Skills:Serves as focal point for all office actions and data callsCreates and coordinates responses to assigned actions and taskings and follow through to completion; coordinates and combines disparate responses into single, coherent responseExtensive knowledge of client communication and messaging systems (cables, E-memos, ticketing systems etc.)Knowledge of field communicationsOCONUS Travel ExperienceIndividual in this position provides support in the areas of strategic planning, support to technical efforts within the Center by contributing to Sponsor programs and projectsSupports and represents Sponsor in efforts related to mission planning.Develops and presents briefings, status reportsLeverages experience across the Center, Group, and external officesCreates/updates/reviews documentation/deliverables/briefingsDrafts corporate communications with Sponsor and disseminates corporate communicationsProvides administrative duties for the office and personnel (access to systems, vault access, employee check-in/check-out, etc.)Tracks procurement/logistics needs for the office/field and coordinates with procurement/logistics team to meet requirementsProvides high-level tracking of budget and funding.Desired Skills:Experience as a Senior Staff Communications OfficerExperience with management of Field Tactical and Operational Communications systems and ProceduresExperience in war theatersBudget experienceAdditional Requirements:Additional Technical and Specialty Training/Certifications Etc.Years of Experience Required: 12+Education Level/Major: Bachelors degree in technical field or communications.Equivalent Experience may be Substituted for Educational RequirementOCONUS TDY Required: NoCONUS TDY Required: Yes, up to 10% CONUS travel, as requiredMust have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one and be eligible for crossover.This requisition is eligible for an employee referral award.
