Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC seeks a Radio Communications Specialist to support US government programs in the Springfield area. The role requires a TS/SCI with Poly on day one, extensive experience with tactical comms and field installations, and readiness to travel up to 50% OCONUS and 10% CONUS.

The position involves program management, administrative, and engineering support for communications projects, including testing, upgrades, and interface with sponsor systems.

Qualifications

• Six or more years direct experience with Sponsor tactical communications projects and design.
• Experience with BASIS, GENESIS, approval memos and message preparation.
• Solid background in current installation procedures (CIP) and field training of personnel.
• Ability to explain technical procedures clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% OCONUS and 10% CONUS as required by customer needs.
• Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one.
