Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking an entry-level systems integrator to join our Solutions team. You will own the systems integration process for projects ranging from small to large, in coordination with senior engineers, project management and field staff in a mentor-mentee setting. This role involves working with our Seattle-based team and developing in-office presence in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Coursework, academic projects, internships, or co-op experience in controls, automation, embedded systems, or programming.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel for field activities and develop in-office presence in Washington, D.C. or Atlanta, GA.

This position exercises ownership over the systems integration process for small-to-large sizeprojects in coordination with senior systems integrators, projectmanagementand engineering in a mentor-mentee orientedapproach. We are looking for individuals to work with our Seattle-based team and develop in-officepresencesin Washington, D.C. or Atlanta, GA.

Position Responsibilities

In this position your duties will entail:

• PLC logic design and programming

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in PLC programmingutilizingIEC-61131 languages

• 2+ years in HMI/SCADA design, programming, and database programming

• Certification with Inductive Automation Ignition, GECimplicity, RockwellFactoryTalkor Wonderware System Platform is a plus

• 2+ years in electrical schematic design for control systems

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar drafting software is a plus

• 0-2+ years in networking for OT/ICS networks

• Certification with Moxa, Cisco, or Rockwell Automation is a plus

• Demonstrated experience with common industrial automation communication protocols including Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET and serial equivalents

• Industry experience with data centers, critical environments, or rail is a plus
• Ability to travel up to 80%
