This role involves participating in all software development phases, with a focus on planning, analysis, testing, and presentation. The Systems Integrator will act as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, ensuring that mission and business needs are translated into system-level, integration-ready outcomes. Responsibilities: • Provide decomposition of mission and operational needs into system, functional, interface, and integration requirements • Develop mapping of business and operational workflows to IT systems, applications, and services to identify system touchpoints and dependencies • Define and analyze the of system-to-system interfaces and data exchanges, including identification of integration gaps and risks • Develop and maintain the system-focused artifacts, such as system requirements documentation, interface definitions, data flow diagrams, and traceability matrices • Support system integration, interoperability, and validation activities, including coordination with engineers, architects, and integration teams • Trace requirements to system components, interfaces, and integration test or validation criteria • Gather requirements from the client and coordinate with the development team • Produce project roadmaps • Manage team workflow in Jira • Facilitate agile meetings (standups, backlog grooming) Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience.
