Job summary

You’ll work across domains such as RF, autonomy, UGVs, sUAS, EW, and fuzing, using Python, LabVIEW, and TestStand. Travel up to 25% for ranges; DoD clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Systems Engineering or related field with 5+ years' experience; or Master's with 3+ years.
• Experience integrating and testing complex hardware/software systems.
• Ability to author/test plans, run tests, resolve anomalies, and produce reports.
• System-of-Systems integration across RF, autonomy, UGVs, UAS, EW, munitions or fuzes.
• Hands-on bench/field instrumentation and data acquisition experience.
• Python scripting for test automation and data analysis.
• Agile environment experience using Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to document findings clearly for engineers and government customers.
• Willing to travel up to 25% to test ranges; US citizenship and DoD clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support full integration and test lifecycle for complex hardware/software systems.
• Develop and execute test plans; conduct bench and field tests; analyze data.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document verification results.
• Collaborate across domains including RF, autonomy, UGVs, sUAS, EW, and munitions.
• Create clear, technically accurate documentation for teams and customers.
