Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Systems Integration/Test Engineer for an 11-month assignment. This full-time day shift runs Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with immediate start; security clearance (DoD Secret) is required.

You will plan, test, document, and maintain integration and testing of in-house and COTS/GOTS components, work with cross-functional teams, and generate test plans and reports as part of ensuring system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/CS or related field.
• 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Office for reports.
• 5+ years experience in LabVIEW code support.
• 3+ years experience with Test Stand.
• 3+ years experience in analyzing and resolving problems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workloads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented with minimal direction.
• Experience leading teams to milestones.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration and testing of in-house and COTS/GOTS components.
• Synthesize requirements into test solutions considering time, cost, and constraints.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and schedules.
• Coordinate testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Analyze test results and prepare evaluation reports.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing.
