Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking a qualified engineer to plan, implement and validate integration and testing for in-house and COTS/GOTS components. The role requires designing comprehensive test plans and documentation, and synthesizing customer requirements into testable solutions.

The candidate will coordinate subsystem and system tests, analyze results, and generate evaluation reports for stakeholders. U.S. citizenship and active secret clearance are prerequisites for this position.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years experience designing, integrating, testing and validating electrical designs (DVT Testing).
• Capable of developing advanced test plans, procedures and reports.
• Experience with physics, developing/executing test plans and electronic testing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, document and maintain solutions for integration and testing of components and subsystems.
• Synthesize customer requirements into test solutions considering tech, schedule and cost constraints.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for systems.
• Coordinate testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Analyze test results and prepare subsystem/system level evaluation reports.

Job description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. Active Secret Clearance Required.

• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.
• Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
• Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
• Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
• Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.

Required Experience:

• Candidate must have at least 6 years of experience with design, integration, test, and verify/validate requirements of electrical designs (DVT Testing)
• Candidate must be capable of developing advanced test plans, test procedures, test reports to support customer and key stakeholder reviews.
• Candidate must have at least 6 years of experience with Physics, Develop/execute test plans & Electronic Testing.
