Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to design, implement, and validate vehicle electrical systems. You will create electrical schematics, support integration and testing, troubleshoot electrical issues, and assist with prototype and pre-production builds.

Responsibilities include ECU configuration, flashing software, performing system-level diagnostics, and conducting FMEA/validation planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience in electrical engineering and systems engineering.
  • Experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting integrated electrical and electronic systems.
  • Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Strong root cause analysis and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing electrical system schematics.
  • Experience supporting electrical system validation and testing.
  • Experience with CAN network diagnostics.
  • Hybrid work environment with onsite support during prototype/launch and occasional weekend support.

  • Perform functional testing and validation.
  • Develop system FMEA and validation plans.
  • Support prototype electrical breadboard activities, including parts list development and validation.
  • Support prototype vehicle builds, including software flashing, configuration, functional validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Verify module and wiring interface compatibility.
  • Support pre-production and launch build activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis for system-level issues.

Overview

We are seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to design, implement, and validate vehicle electrical systems.
