Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering or integration experience in DoD satellite or ground systems.
• 5+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews (SRR, SDR, SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, PCA).
• 2+ years of risk management experience on space, ground, software war, or hardware MDPs.
• Experience with ground monitoring stations for GPS.
• Ability to use a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and baselines.
• Secret clearance and Bachelor’s degree required.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience performing systems engineering or integration in DoD satellite systems or ground systems
• 5+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, and PCA
• 2+ years of experience performing risk management on space, ground, software war, or hardwar e system Major Defense Acquisition Programs
• Experience with ground monitoring stations for GPS
• Experience using a Model‑Based Systems Engineering or digital engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
• Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
• Ability to effectively communicate, work collaboratively on a cross‑functional team and independently, and demonstrate initiative to complete complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast‑paced environment

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with GPS, PNT, or NAVWAR
• Experience with a software war program utilizing Agile methodologies
• Experience working with software war factories or DevSecOps pipelines
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
• Agile Certification such as CSM, CPO, PMI-ACP, or ICP Certification
• INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Work Model

• Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
