Job summary

McGough is seeking an Systems Integration Engineer II to design, build, and maintain enterprise system integrations using Boomi and related APIs. You will translate business workflows into reliable integration patterns and support real-time data flows across the organization.

The role collaborates with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Data Engineering to ensure operational reliability, monitoring, and incident prevention, based in Roseville, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
• 4–7 years (Level III) or 2–4 years (Level II) in enterprise system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar tools for designing and implementing integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and OAuth authentication.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production integration failures.
• Ability to translate business workflows into integration designs and system interaction patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems using Boomi and API-based approaches.
• Implement field-level mappings, transformations, and orchestration logic for business workflows.
• Support real-time and batch integration flows across applications.
• Ensure integrations align with enterprise architecture standards and objectives.
• Facilitate integration discussions with product managers and analysts.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to stabilize new integrations.
