  • Support network set‑up and configuration tasks necessary to bring installed systems online
  • Prepare and present technical reports summarizing installation results and any corrective actions taken
  • Assist in the refinement of installation procedures and documentation to improve future deployments
  • Provide remote support when not physically on‑site supporting installations
What you'll need
  • 2+ years of experience in system installation, integration, and commissioning of RF systems, antenna systems, or satellite communication terminals
  • Experience with cabling, mechanical assembly, and system setup in remote or field environments
  • Proficiency in reviewing and reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation documentation using AutoCAD or similar CAD tools
  • Strong understanding of RF, network, and control system integration, including configuring vendor equipment for remote operations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues on‑site with minimal supervision
  • Experience with testing and tuning RF systems, including G/T, EIRP, BERT, and servo controls
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate installation activities with customers, field technicians, and internal teams
  • Willingness to travel 60% or more to customer sites for installation, commissioning, and support
  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance
  • Ability to work on‑site at our Duluth, GA facility and customer locations
What will help you on the job
