Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in basic SI assembly (new build lines, subassembly/final assembly).

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for systems level assembly, including unpacking, set-up, assembly, final packaging and repair as required.
• Access appropriate paperwork and drawings for each job assignment.
• Verify kits, enter Batch lot information, package and label accessory items per instructions.
• Use mats and required tooling and check equipment for proper performance.
• Follow manufacturing routings and process instructions under supervision.
• Assemble various systems integration subassemblies.
• Notify leadership of any shutdowns and enter data into factory systems.
• Build subassemblies and add labels per instructions and drawings.
• Perform systems integration hand solder and inspection per instructions.
• Carry out F-cert and final unit inspections for quality.
