Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Systems Integration and Test Engineering Lead to join our Electronic Warfare (EW) team supporting various Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) Systems. This is an exciting role which provides an opportunity to build a team that works across the full product life cycle, from concept to deployment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Systems Integration & Test Engineering Lead will perform individual contributions plus build a team that provides systems engineering and integration test support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement testing of projects from inception through system transition.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience leading a Systems Integration and Test team.
  • Experience in testing RADAR- Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Counter Measures (ESM) systems.
  • Experience creating plans and procedures for System integration & test (I&T)
  • Experience in verification and validation of system and/or subsystem requirements.
  • Experience in SIL (System in Lab) design, setup and automation.
  • Flight Test experience and flight test data analysis.
  • Experience in integrating Firmware and Software build on prototype and production grade hardware.
  • Experience in platform integration, co-site analysis, EMI/EMC testing.
  • High ownership, mission-oriented mentality. Desire to see the product meet the end goals of the customer.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with strong verbal & written communication skills
  • A sincere commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture
  • Ability to travel as required for test planning and execution.
  • Already possess an active U.S. Secret/Top Secret security clearance

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering, including the use of modelling tools (e.g. Cameo)
  • Experience with project management tools and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in radar threat analysis or Electronic Warfare technique development/analysis.
  • Experience with system level cascade analysis, co-site analysis and mission modeling.

US Salary Range

$166,000 - $220,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
