Gensler in Miami seeks a Systems Integration Analyst blending business analysis, automation, and system integration to scale operations. You will translate workflows into reliable Power Platform solutions, design end-to-end automations, and build data models with Power BI to empower leaders.
You'll partner with practice, operations, and IT teams, deliver MVPs quickly, and foster adoption with clear documentation and training. This hybrid role offers growth in a design‑driven global firm.
The Systems Integration Analyst is a hybrid Business Analyst, Automation Strategist, and Builder who helps the region work smarter at scale. The role operates at the intersection of practice needs, business operations, and technology, translating real-world workflows into elegant, reliable systems that drive measurable impact.
This position is intentionally hands‑on and builder‑focused. The Systems Integration Analyst sees friction as opportunity, takes time to understand the full system before designing solutions, and turns “wouldn’t it be great if…” ideas into shipped, working tools that teams actually use.
Partnering closely with practitioners and operational teams, this role improves how work gets done, both internally and in service of our clients, through thoughtful automation, actionable data, and well‑designed digital workflows that scale with the business.
