Job summary

Constellation Technologies is seeking a LEVEL 01 Systems Engineer for Fort Meade, MD on PRIME Programs. The role covers conception, design, development, testing, deployment, operation, maintenance and decommissioning of complex systems across multiple domains.

The candidate must hold an ABET-accredited engineering degree, possess a TS/SCI clearance with an active polygraph, and be a US citizen with at least three years of relevant lifecycle engineering experience.

• Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field (ABET accredited).
• Relevant lifecycle engineering experience across lifecycle stages.

Systems Engineers - LEVEL 01 - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED Fort Meade, MD __PRIME Programs – PRIME Systems Engineering / Systems & Network Engineers / On-site apply for this job conception, design & development, testing, production, distribution/deployment, operation, maintenance & support, decommissioning statics or dynamics, strength of materials/stress‑strain relationships, fluid mechanics, hydraulics, thermodynamics, electromagnetic fields, nature and properties of materials/relating particle and aggregate structure to properties, solid state electronics, microprocessor applications, computer systems, signal processing, digital design, systems and control theory, circuits or generalized circuits, communication systems, power systems, computer networks, (q) software development, (r) any other comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics, such as optics, heat transfer, or soil mechanics. Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
• Degree, ABET accredited must be in Engineering or a relevant technical field (for example, computer science, mathematics, or physics).
• Relevant experience must be in engineering systems over their lifecycle (for example, conception, design & development, testing, production, distribution/deployment, operation, maintenance & support, decommissioning).
• Level 01 - three (03) years of relevant experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Perform systems engineering functions, including defining and documenting concepts of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development, performing high-level system design.
• Specify system/component performance and interface requirements.
• Developing installation, integration, and acceptance test plans.
• Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to ensure they best facilitate strategic and tactical efforts.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and related organizations to ensure solutions satisfy the requirements. * Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision for the solutions developed by the product teams.
• $100,000 - $150,000 a year The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
