Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience in software, electrical, or systems architecture.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery commitments for both teams - scope, schedule, and quality.
• Set and defend technical direction including architecture and integration choices.
• Serve as technical decision owner where teams' work overlaps.
• Translate roadmap commitments into staffed, sequenced work with product and program teams.
• Review designs and code to catch integration and reliability issues.
• Manage transition with ENC Large manager through 2026-2027 and absorb roadmap.
• Maintain and improve engineering practices and on-call rotations.
• Represent teams in cross-functional planning and resourcing discussions.
• Build succession depth by developing technical leads.
