Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager – Level 2 – SEIT Section Manager to lead the SEIT team within Launch Systems at the Chandler, AZ facility. You will report to the SEIT Department Manager and provide technical leadership to IPTs, guiding engineers and managers to meet program milestones.

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is currently seeking a Systems Engineering Manager – Level 2 – SEIT Section Manager to join our Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team within Launch Systems Business Unit at the Chandler, AZ facility. The position will report to the SEIT Department Manager who oversees Systems Engineering and Integrated Product Team leaders supporting Launch Systems programs. The expectation is that this position is primarily performing program related scope with limited overhead related for department/personnel related functional activities. This position will provide technical leadership in support of critical programs. In this job, you will be responsible for interviewing and hiring additional SEIT personnel and will functionally manage high performing teams while providing technical, administrative, and management expertise in the day-to-day activities required to successfully execute complex engineering programs.
Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
