  • Staffing and workload forecast; employee inclusion, engagement, mentoring and career development; employee training and identification, and training of skills required to execute on programs; management and execution of employee performance review processes; and leadership and execution for a multitude of functional management processes.
  • Recruiting new talent to meet staffing commitments.
  • Support initiatives such as Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), Product Line Architecture (PLA), and Agile implementation that provide a competitive advantage for our customers.

Responsibilities may include engineering leadership for system architecture development, requirements development, hardware/software design, verification and validation activities, and production program engineering support. A person in this position ensures that the program is adhering to sound engineering processes in the development, production, test and sustainment of products for our customers and that the program and product is compliant with company policy, procedures, and quality standards.

This role will be full-time and on-site in Rolling Meadows, IL.
