Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of systems engineers, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Chief System Engineer office, test, design, production, service, quality, and other program teams.
• Define and execute systems engineering strategy, roadmap, and technical standards for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Drive architecture and design reviews and technical decisions to align solutions with requirements, priorities, and regulations.
• Lead efforts for creating and maintaining technical documentation per customer requirements.
• Translate customer needs into requirements and competitive solutions maximizing R&S content.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions implemented.
• Participate in technical interchange meetings with program teams (R&S and customers).
• Work closely with product, Software and R&D engineering teams in Europe and North America.
