Taara has helped bridge a particularly stubborn connectivity gap between Brazzaville (Republic of Congo) and Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of Congo) across the Congo river. The candidate is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team with backgrounds including photonics, electronics, control systems and system integration. In collaboration with other leads, the engineer is responsible for architecting a cutting-edge wireless optical communication system.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $220,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
