Job summary

Moody's is offering a 10-week summer internship focused on Digital Workplace Services. You will work on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions, develop web pages and dashboards, and gain hands-on experience with modern workplace technologies and AI tools.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field.
Completion of introductory coursework in programming, web development, databases, or software engineering.
Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
Ability to work during program dates: June 7 - August 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

Support the development, testing, documentation, and improvement of modern workplace technology solutions.
Assist with developing and maintaining SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions under the guidance of experienced team members.
Support the creation of web pages, forms, dashboards, and collaboration sites.
Help develop and test applications using modern web technologies.
Participate in troubleshooting technical issues and documenting proposed resolutions.
Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and operating procedures.
Learn and use workplace technology, automation, reporting, device management, and artificial intelligence tools.
Collaborate with team members on automation, process improvement, project, and research activities.
Participate in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing sessions, and complete a summer project that includes presenting findings and outcomes to the team.
