Systems Engineering CoOp (Fall 2026)

Location - H4381 - 438 SCI Plant 2 - Huntsville, AL 35803 US (Primary)

Based in Huntsville, AL, SCI Technology’s Systems Engineering Group, is seeking a highly motivated Co‑op candidate majoring in Computer Science or Engineering to join our team and shape future products. Working with technology partners, we develop solutions for a wide range of defense, aerospace, and commercial products.

The successful candidate would be involved in maintaining requirements in DOORS and managing a project at a system level. Depending on the individual’s background and interests, work will involve computer‑based database management, fluency in Microsoft Office and interpersonal skills.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

• Defining and documenting requirements.
• Maintaining requirements in the DOORS database.
• Effective and clear communication to management and engineers on the status of projects.
• Collaborating in a team environment to develop future aircraft products.

Education/Experience

• US Citizenship is required (Due to DoD, ITAR and other regulations).
• Sophomore‑Senior Student studying Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Interested in database management and project requirements.
