Job summary

IESE Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineering Compliance Engineer to support the US Space Force in El Segundo, CA. You will work with customers to manage mission test and evaluation programs and lead working groups to accomplish objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and nine or more years of systems integration and engineering experience, MBSE proficiency, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Overview

IESE Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineering Compliance Engineer to support the US Space Force in developing and deploying novel command and control applications within the Program Executive Office portfolio in El Segundo, CA. This role involves working with customers to manage critical mission test and evaluation programs and leading working groups to accomplish objectives.

Responsibilities

Uses results of Policy Compliance Assessment activities to analyze space and ground system program plans, current development, test and evaluation, block upgrades, operations and sustainment, and program requirements to ensure compliance with AFI 63-101/20-101, SSC-G-1201, SSC-S-001, and NG OPIR, SBIRS, and Weather System Engineering Plans (SEPs). A written analysis shall be provided in accordance with the CDRL.

• Analyze program plans and requirements for compliance with applicable standards and policies.

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics or an equivalent technical discipline and nine (9) or more years of systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experience.

• Experience with the following:

• Using model-based system engineering tools and methods.
• Systems Architecting and lifecycle support.
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
