IESE Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineering Compliance Engineer to support the US Space Force in El Segundo, CA. You will analyze space and ground system program plans for compliance and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure mission success.

The role requires a strong background in systems engineering and policy compliance, active TS/SCI clearance, and the ability to lead working groups and deliver written analyses per CDRL and engineering plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent technical discipline and nine (9) or more years of systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experience.
• Experience with model-based system engineering tools and methods.
• Systems Architecting and lifecycle support.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

• Uses the results of Policy Compliance Assessment activities to analyze all of the space and ground system program plans, current development, test and evaluation, block upgrades, operations and sustainment, and program requirements ensuring compliance with AFI 63‑101/20‑101, SSC‑G‑1201, SSC‑S‑001, and the NG OPIR, SBIRS and Weather System Engineering Plan (SEPs). A written analysis shall be provided in accordance with the CDRL.

IESE Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineering Compliance Engineer to support the US Space Force (USSF) in developing and deploying novel command and control applications within the Program Executive Office (PEO) portfolio in El Segundo, CA. If you like working with customers to help them manage their critical mission test and evaluation program and leading working groups to get the job done, then this could be the job for you.

Responsibilities
