Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineering Co-op in Rhode Island to contribute to PET/CT system design, integration, testing, and debugging. You will assist with image quality investigations and performance testing while gaining hands-on experience.

The role requires current enrollment in an Engineering degree with a 3.0 GPA (preferred) and university coop eligibility. A strong foundation in MS Office and programming is beneficial for this position.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, majoring in Engineering (rising junior or senior preferred).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred).
• Registered and eligible to participate in a co‑op through your university.

As a Systems Engineering Co‑op, you will be responsible for:

• You will contribute to the design, system integration, testing, and debugging of clinical Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography (PET/CT) systems.
• You will assist Systems Engineers with image quality investigations and system performance testing of PET/CT systems.
• You will perform data mining, analysis, and processing.
