Job summary

SOC LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team for a direct-hire, on-site role supporting U.S. government clients.

You will work on an integrated team, developing software using mathematical solutions to support defense and intelligence missions, with opportunities to grow across technologies in a dynamic AI-driven environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in systems engineering, experience with requirements and architecture work, and a current TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 4 additional years of experience.
• 5 years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience performing requirements analysis, interface control documentation, ConOps development, Use Case development, data flows and developing Test Plans.
• Familiarity with a Requirements Tool.
• SCRUM/AGILE Development (Jira).
• Familiar with deployment and maintenance of Development, Test and Operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering and enterprise architecture support to USG customers.
• Work with customers to improve architecture and engineering workflows and processes with the identification or design of processes and tools.
• Capture architecture, requirements, design, and testing approach for programs.
• Identify As-Is/To-Be states and recommend transitions.
• Develop standard processes for architecture, engineering, development and integration projects.
• Produce Enterprise Architecture Repository artifacts as required.
• Support engineering review boards.
