• Ability to develop requirements and test procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and methods.
• Clear understanding of testing principles and design for test.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction across multi-disciplinary development teams.
• Decompose system requirements and collaborate with distributed teams to create scalable solutions.
• Perform requirements management including tracking, flow down, and verification.
• Develop test procedures to formally verify system requirements for sell-off events.
• Support the development, implementation and verification of mission capabilities.
• Lead testing events and generate test result documentation.
• Create technical baseline artifacts and identify technical risks for mitigation.
