Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks a Systems Engineer to provide technical support for the TAAS program at Hanscom AFB on a full-time basis. You will apply advanced systems engineering principles across the acquisition lifecycle to evaluate plans and design tests.

Prepare technical documents, manage program reviews, and deliver management reports and technical presentations. Security clearance and US citizenship are required with strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; higher years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with RFP development, requirements gathering, and source selection criteria.
• Knowledge of digital engineering and Power Platform tools.
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams data management and integration.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate into technical specifications and designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Apply broad systems engineering knowledge to the acquisition process.
• Review program portfolios to evaluate plans and design system tests.
• Perform program reviews to evaluate proposed plans and test results.
• Prepare technical documents defining system characteristics.
• Develop management reports and deliver technical presentations.
• Provide system validation criteria and procedures.
• Analyze and evaluate results of major engineering systems.
• Support risk management per SEAM processes and coordinate across teams.
