Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems sector is seeking a Systems Engineer Level 2 or Level 3 for the Triton program in Rancho Bernardo, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting diverse engineering design teams to provide imaginative, technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems within the Core Systems Engineering team on the Triton Enterprise. This includes scope across the entire spectrum of the Systems Engineering V-Model. You will be executing system integration tasking across the entire lifecycle of a system and integrating new capabilities on the MQ-4C Triton platform. This role will need your ability to support SE disciplines including requirements development, use case development, capability (hardware and software) development, integration planning, lab integration, test planning, formal test, verification and fielded test and mission support. You'll also be expected to perform tasking in establishment and management of the technical baseline including Integrated Functional Capability (IFC) development and technical configuration and change management. This role can be filled at either the Level 2 Engineer or Level 3 Principal Engineer based on the qualifications below.

$114,000.00 - $171,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
