Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks a high-performing Systems Engineer to join a team modernizing the Missile Defense Agency’s systems engineering processes. You will support MBSE initiatives, traceability, and dynamic digital solutions enabling real-time collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a technical field, MBSE familiarity, and strong communication for working with diverse stakeholders. Onsite in Huntsville, AL with travel as needed.

Come grow with us!Torch is seeking a high-performing Systems Engineer to join a team leading the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA’s) digital transformation initiative to deliver capabilities for the Missile Defense System at the speed and scale necessary to support our National Defense Strategy. As a member of the transformation team, you will contribute to the modernization of Systems Engineering processes, tools, and products across the Agency, with a focus on Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), requirements engineering, and the development and advancement of the MDA Enterprise Government Reference Architecture (GRA).
