Joining our Mission Critical support team as a Technical Analyst, you'll offer expert technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and monitor environments for stability. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential as you manage high-pressure situations and keep systems running smoothly. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Answering all customer engagements via phone expediently

• Responsible for troubleshooting solution-related incidents for the Oracle Health platform

• Execute mitigation actions and initiate escalation actions as needed

• Conduct troubleshooting investigations on both front-end and back-end applications to address customer-impacting issues.

• Perform backend troubleshooting by reviewing log files, querying database tables, and cycling servers to resolve potential customer (Clinical & Financial) impact.

• Document all notes, activities, and resolutions throughout the lifecycle of an incident.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
