Lockheed Martin's I&T team in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced I&T Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead the I&T Resource Managed Area, align schedules, costs, and risks with program goals, and ensure staff adequacy.
You will own the I&T portion of the schedule, cost estimates, and risk registers, recruit and retain a high-performing I&T workforce, and coordinate with partners and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

The I&T Engineering Project Manager (EPM) will lead the I&T Resource Managed Area (RMA), directing all I&T commitments and ensuring that technical backlog items are prioritized, decomposed into executable epics and capabilities, and adequately staffed to meet schedule, cost, and performance objectives. As the primary technical authority for I&T across the C2BMC program, the EPM will guarantee that engineering solutions, test plans, and system baselines align with overall program goals and modern engineering practices. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the I&T portion of the program schedule, cost estimates, and risk/opportunity registers; owning earned value management and control account responsibilities for the RMA; recruiting, selecting, training, and retaining a high?performing I&T workforce; managing work assignments, performance assessments, recognition, and disciplinary actions; and mitigating attrition to meet demand signals.
As leader of the C2BMC team, Lockheed Martin directs a partnership of highly responsive industry leaders developing and fielding the backbone of America's missile defense. Together, this national team supports the design, development, test, integration and fielding of hardware and software elements that enable the Missile Defense System (MDS) to function effectively and continually. You will also have the opportunity to interface with our key customers in the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
