Job summary

RealmOne seeks a Systems Engineer - SME to deliver advanced systems engineering for Windows and Linux, PKI infrastructure, and RMF A&A activities for a government customer. The role requires hands‑on administration, scripting with PowerShell, and collaboration across Cyber, Network, and Storage teams.

The engineer will design and maintain enterprise environments, support secure data transfers, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with sponsor security requirements.

Qualifications

• 16+ years Systems Engineering in Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience supporting Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities for security-controlled systems.
• Experience with Windows systems engineering, ADCS, VM clusters, Hyper-V, DPM, and PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Windows and Linux environments.
• Engineer Windows Server OS and AD infrastructure including ADCS; manage PKI.
• Administer SQL Server databases and Hyper-V virtualization; maintain backups.
