Job summary

Bespoketechnologies in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Systems Engineer with active Poly clearance to design, develop, and maintain secure back-end systems using Python and Neo4J. You will collaborate with a team to optimize Kubernetes deployments on AWS, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior developers, ensuring data integrity, and adhering to strict security protocols in high-security environments.

Qualifications

• Backend software delivery using Python and Neo4J in secure environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes on AWS and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Knowledge of monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Familiarity with graph algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in Java or C++ is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, and security/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support as a member of a team performing risk analysis for enterprise systems, networks, devices, and apps.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure back-end systems with Python and Neo4J.
• Develop and maintain Neo4J databases ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Write efficient Python code and follow coding standards; participate in code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain Kubernetes clusters on AWS ensuring high availability and security.
• Work in high-security environments with strict security protocols.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and monitor systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
