Job summary

Bespoke Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to join a team dedicated to risk analysis of enterprise systems, networks, devices, and applications across Sponsor initiatives.

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services in Python and Neo4J, with Kubernetes on AWS and robust CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration, mentoring, and strong security discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems in Python and Neo4J.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize requirements.
• Develop and maintain Neo4J databases with data integrity and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Knowledge of graph algorithms and data structures; experience with Java/C++.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS; optimize for availability, cost, and security.
• Develop testing strategies and participate in code reviews; debug complex issues.
• Work in high-security environments following strict protocols.

Support as a member of a team specializing in technical risk analysis of enterprise and operational mission systems, networks, devices, and applications. across a myriad of Sponsor’s initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available back-end systems using Python and Neo4J.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain Neo4J databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability. Write efficient and scalable Python code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers.
• Experience with Cl/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab Cl/CD).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
