Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a Systems Engineer - Performance Analyst to analyze the performance of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense system within system-level simulations. You will coordinate with analysts and SMEs to identify root causes and develop analysis reports for customers and leadership.

The role requires strong technical skills in data analysis, scripting (Python, MATLAB, or C++), and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent
• ABET accreditation preferred
• Experience in systems engineering or performance analysis
• Experience applying statistical analysis and Monte Carlo methods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense system in system-level simulations
• Develop reports/briefings for customers and leadership
• Develop Python and Bash tools for simulation data processing and analysis
