Job summary

Qualifications

Typically 5+ years of professional IT/software design experience with related degree.
Experience supporting DoD or defense-related IT systems is highly desirable.
Strong problem solving and ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

Engineer deployment packages including patches, OS updates, security fixes for VMware environments.
Build automation using AutoIt, Python, and PowerShell to streamline complex installations.
Own package lifecycle from analysis to installation workflows and validation.
Administer secure virtualized infrastructures across hypervisors and enforce Windows policies.
Implement network controls (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) in high-availability DoD systems.
Produce technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
