• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years hands-on software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
• Familiar with container automation and orchestration tooling (Kubernetes, Podman/Docker)
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies (React, Node.js, Django) and frameworks
• Knowledge of Agile software development best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in agile teams
• Strong documentation skills (Confluence, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Proficiency in debugging and providing solutions in high-level and detailed formats

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of software engineering from requirements analysis to installation
• Produce quality, sustainable code using modern practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to translate requirements into end-to-end solutions
• Collaborate with DevSecOps to implement CI/CD
• Integrate software across environments
• Own software baseline from development to deployment
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize for speed and scalability
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
