Job summary

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) in Phoenix is seeking a Systems Engineer to oversee and coordinate the work of technical teams on DoD LMOC projects. You will ensure design, implementation, operation, and technical management meet sponsor needs.

You will work with DoD end-users and Air Force training mission stakeholders, preparing technical requirements and leading the system architecture development. This role requires active U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with system architectures.
• Familiarity with generating and applying requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate product or system requirements gathering and analysis with sponsors and other key stakeholders.
• Verify systems engineering product life-cycle components to include definitions, requirements analysis, synthesis, systems analysis and implementation.
• Conduct product or system design synthesis translating requirements into physical architectures for systems of moderate complexity to include defining and refining internal and external interfaces.
• Develop and contribute to technical reports and diagrams detailing product or system attributes.
• Analyze product or system functionality as defined by requirements.
