Qualifications

• 14+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive hardware and software design and testing experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. military training operations and Large Force Exercise.
• Extensive experience with RF systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist and confer with project engineering staff as SME.
• Develop new methods and techniques to meet objectives.
• Develop subsystems requirements and designs for projects.
• Direct small to moderate sized projects and manage budgets/schedules.
• Test and troubleshoot systems and subsystems for readiness.
• Document hardware design and theory of operation.
• Lead white papers and proposals.
• Lead technical reports and project meetings.
