Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior Advanced Systems Engineer – minimum 8 years; or Master's degree, plus 6 years relevant experience.

Job description

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires:

• Systems Engineer - a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.
• Advanced Systems Engineer - a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 3 years relevant experience.
• Senior Advanced Systems Engineer - a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 years relevant experience.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Systems Engineer, working with custom software built in-house, for our Cyber group, you’ll be amember of a cross functional team responsible for developing mission critical NSA-certified Cybersecurity devices in a rapidly growing product line. You’ll be working at the cutting edge of Cybersecurity and high-speed data.

• Full Stack experience
• Extensive experience with DOORs
• Long development lifecycle and product lifespans, requiring maintenance and regular technology refresh
• Requirements Analysis and Management
• Functional Analysis, performance analysis, and Systems design
• System integration and testing

Nice to have:

• Networking experience including Layer 2 and Layer 3
• Experience working in a fast-paced product development environment

Workplace Options:

This position is fully on-site. While on-site, you will be a part of the Dedham Cyber Engineering team.

Target salary range: USD $99,916.00/Yr. - USD $182,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for candidates across various experience levels. Actual compensation will be based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
