Actalent is seeking a Systems Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and will contribute to system design, analysis, and modeling across complex programs.

The role emphasizes requirements management, data analysis, modeling, and simulation using MATLAB and DOORS, with opportunities to work across multi-disciplinary groups and support end-to-end development on an onsite campus in Syracuse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with MATLAB.
• Knowledge of modeling and simulation principles.
• Familiarity with DOORS for requirements management.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Support requirements management across the product lifecycle.
• Perform data analysis to evaluate system performance.
• Contribute to modeling and simulation efforts for design trade studies.
• Develop and refine algorithms to enhance system functionality.
• Participate in architecture definition, interface analysis, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end system development.
• Document engineering work products and analysis results.
• Apply signal processing and modeling techniques to system design.
• Use MATLAB and DOORS to perform analysis and requirements tracking.
• Support simulation-based evaluations and test planning.
