Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of systems engineering experience, with 2+ years as SE Lead.
• Experience on space, satellite, or defense programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Systems Engineer Lead from requirements to verification and validation.
• Develop and track technical budgets (mass, power, link, schedule) across subsystems.
• Lead new mission concepts and system architectures in response to needs.
• Translate high-level requirements into concrete subsystem specs.
• Coordinate across RF, software, mechanical, and electrical teams for design integration.
• Participate in design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and TIMs.
