Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences in Loveland, Colorado is seeking a Systems Engineer – Integration and Test to support testing, integration, and performance verification of hardware, software, and reagent systems. About the Role

As a Systems Engineer – Integration and Test, you will support testing, integration, and performance verification of hardware, software, and reagent systems. You will execute test protocols, analyze system data, and support resolution of technical issues impacting system performance. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Systems Engineering and is located in Loveland, Colorado (on‑site).

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience testing hardware/software systems
• Experience analyzing system data
• Demonstrated experience in root‑cause investigation and problem analysis
• Demonstrated ability to produce technical/process documentation

Travel & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 35 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated environments (GMP, ISO)
• Experience with requirements and test management using JIRA plugins

Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $75,000–$90,000. This range represents the expected compensation at the time of posting and may be adjusted in the future. The position is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
