Job summary

Wipro in the United States seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead system integration for complex hardware-software products. The role requires a technical degree with substantial relevant experience and a strong background in regulated development, design control, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with 5-6 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Master’s degree in a related technical field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading system integration for complex products involving both hardware and software
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, interface control, and multi-component system behavior
  • Experience working in regulated product development environments (medical devices strongly preferred; aerospace, automotive, or similar also acceptable)
  • Hands-on experience collaborating across hardware, software, and systems disciplines
  • Working knowledge of design control, configuration management, defect tracking, and change management processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting regulatory submissions for Class II/III medical devices

Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design

Experience: 8-10 Years

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $180,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
