Pay Range: $73,800.00 - $110,700.00
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field desired. Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.
2 years of mid-level (Tier 2 or 3) administration and engineering experience in an enterprise IT environment, having performed operational, development and break/fix activity.
Experience as an M/O365 Administrator and/or SharePoint Online Administrator/Developer.
Experience with the design and implementation of IT projects, including documentation, communication, and coordination of all components.
Experience with coordinating customer support (Tier 1 or 2) personnel with O365 related incidents and tasks.
Experience in coordination and escalation of Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems.
